In this session, we will explore the recent state of employment and the key drivers behind talent loss—ranging from feeling undervalued to burnout. You’ll learn why creating a strong employee experience should be a strategic priority, and how purpose-driven cultures directly impact your bottom line. We will delve into best practices for building an engaged workforce, including crafting a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP), conducting stay interviews, and creating a long-term Talent Management strategy.

Through real-world examples and interactive exercises, attendees will walk away with practical strategies to build a culture that not only retains talent but also inspires employees to thrive and contribute to the organization’s success.
