FICPA Ethics Courses

The FICPA provides the highest-quality, Florida Board-approved 4-hour ethics course in a variety of formats - in-person, online, webcasts and traditional self-study.  We make it easier than ever for Florida CPAs to meet their biennial requirement.

We will look at:

  • Code of conduct, professional responsibilities and core values of the profession.
  • Florida Statutes 455 and 473 and Florida Administrative Code 61H1.
  • How legislation often affects Florida licensees.
  • Practice and compliance issues, such as independence, and how they affect ethical conduct.

On-Site Ethics Training

Make it easy on your staff by scheduling our Florida Board-Approved Ethics course for your entire team.

  • On-site training is a perfect option when training at least 10 attendees.
  • Group viewing making it easy on your team by scheduling ethics for them to watch at the same time, whether they are in the same room or at various locations.  
  • On-Demand can be provided for inside your firm's LMS system.  Simply purchase the number of "seats" you need, and we'll do the rest.

** FICPA Exam Retake Policy - The FICPA allows the user to retake the final exam two times if needed. However, the course/final exam must be finished one year from date of purchase. 

The Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: NASBARegistry.org.
